Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Assist in food preparation, adhering to food safety standards to maintain high-quality service. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns promptly. Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and well cared for.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or food preparation would be beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.30-16.00 per hour
