Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our small and hard working team.This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their visit. The candidate will need to possess a passion for hospitality, with experience in face to face customer service and bar experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who is flexible and willing to assist colleagues when needed. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work evenings and weekends. The majority of hours will be during these times.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
