We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience, handling various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Provide assistance to customers with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating a helpful attitude.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Previous barista experience is an advantage Familiarity with food preparation and safety practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members alike.
