Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Front of House and Barista.
At Krema Bakehouse, teamwork and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and our staff. As part of our team, you'll help deliver a seamless and friendly experience to our customers.
We make freshly baked cakes, and pastries, so if you are a cake lover, then you are in the right place. You will also be the first to try any new or existing recipes and do not forget about our soft serve.

As a Front of House and Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing warm, friendly service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Taking orders accurately, including cake orders (training provided).
Managing online cake orders, ensuring accuracy and coordination with the kitchen team.
Crafting high-quality coffee and beverages using an espresso machine.
Assisting with daily product preparation and presentation.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bakery teams.
Weekend availability is required

Customer service experience is essential. Barista skills with knowledge of espresso machines and specialty beverages (e.g., matcha). Ability to craft and introduce seasonal drinks. A friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional customer experience.
