With 18 bedrooms, 4 suites, and 2 self-catering houses, we provide accommodations for up to 70 guests. Our family-run business prides itself on exceptional service and beautiful surroundings.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at the Old Court Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service in our dining area, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for hospitality and excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

Requirements

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and tips. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
