We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Experience in serving or culinary roles is an advantage but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest services, with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons. Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
