As a Front of House at Tonkotsu you will be on the front line, the person with the power to turn a good customer experience into an unforgettable one.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality and achieving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.

What do we expect:

to follow the Tonkotsu Customer Journey for all guests. to make sure every guest is well looked after, and they receive great Omotenashi hospitality by anticipating their needs. to support the management team in maximising sales. to make sure the food and drinks served to guests are in line with company standards and specs. to use the company communications channels in the right way at the right time, so that everyone is well informed. to play a crucial part in keeping the restaurant clean and well maintained. to help in hitting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), which include:
o FIB/NPS

o Social Media rating o Health, Safety and Hygiene results

o Operational Checks

to be fully trained and be able to work in the bar, with knowledge of all drinks preparation and be able to run the bar during service (training is provided) to live and breathe our four Values:
