Job Summary

We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and professional Front of House team member to join our practice on a zero-hour contract, primarily covering weekend shifts. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives an outstanding experience, reflecting the quality and care we provide in our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.

Verify patient details and update records as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Assist patients with completing forms and necessary documentation.

Support patients throughout their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.

Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate appointments and communicate patient needs.

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk and waiting area.

Who we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential; experience in a dental or medical setting is highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling bookings and payments.

Professional appearance and demeanour.

Knowledge of dental terminology or systems (such as Dentally or Software of Excellence) is an advantage but not required.
