We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including waitstaff and bartenders, to ensure efficient service.
Train and mentor team members on best practices in hospitality, food preparation, and food safety.
Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of service.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Proven ability to manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and motivation among staff.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
