Responsibilities

Lead and manage the front of house team to ensure exceptional service delivery. Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in food preparation and production as needed, maintaining quality standards. Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and maintain efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary. Implement operational procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Skills

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong background in culinary arts or food production within a restaurant setting. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.52 per hour
