We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties



Supervise and coordinate front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and baristas, to ensure smooth service delivery Oversee food preparation and serving processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all front-of-house activities Assist in training new staff members in service procedures, food safety protocols, and customer engagement Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally to foster positive relationships Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service timings Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards Experience in restaurant service, including serving and hospitality roles such as hotel or barista experience Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations is advantageous Organised approach to managing reservations, guest flow, and staff schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
