What You'll Be Rocking:

Leading shifts and supporting the FOH team to deliver top-tier service Jumping in wherever needed -- you're hands-on and ready to help Keeping the vibe positive and the energy high Helping with training and keeping standards sharp across the team Making sure the floor runs smoothly -- from managing covers to handling bookings Handling customer feedback with professionalism and warmth Coordinating with the kitchen and delivery team to keep things flowing Opening, closing, and doing cash-ups with confidence Being the go-to person when it matters most
