We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisors (Front of house) to lead our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring exceptional service and high standards of food quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the Front of House team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and service flow.
Train, motivate, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented Front of House environment.
Work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and monitoring usage.
Support management in driving sales through upselling and service excellence.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
