We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and leading a team to provide an outstanding dining experience.

Duties

Supervise front of house operations to ensure smooth service and high standards of hospitality. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting excellent service. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality control in food presentation and taste. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Implement training programmes for new employees on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant sector is essential. Proven culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience as a barista or in hotel operations would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. A background in serving or kitchen experience will be beneficial for this role. Pay: 12.50-13.25 per hour
