We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Supervise and train front of house staff, fostering a positive team culture and encouraging professional development.
Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries to optimise guest experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Implement and uphold restaurant policies and procedures to junior member of the team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and coordinate with management for reordering as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food preparation processes and food safety regulations is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

The job salary is based on experience and abilities of the individual.
The annual salary is based on 40 hours per week - 5 days on and 2 days off. The salary equivalent per hour is 12.95 to 13.95. We would also look at 30 and 20 hours
On top of your monthly salary we average a 3 extra in service charge / tips.
