We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a solid background in food preparation and service.
Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Manage food preparation and presentation to guarantee adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimise service efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in kitchen environments or barista roles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
