Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Front of House Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in our busy hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties



Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, to ensure smooth service delivery Oversee food preparation and serving processes, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist with food production when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas Manage reservations, organise seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience Support team management by training new staff and providing ongoing coaching and feedback Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area in accordance with health standards Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during shifts

Qualifications



Proven

supervising experience

within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong

team management

skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Extensive

restaurant experience

, including knowledge of

food preparation

cooking

, and

food safety

practices Familiarity with

hospitality

operations, including

serving

food production

, and

kitchen experience

Previous experience in

hotel

or

barista

roles is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure Strong leadership qualities combined with a friendly, professional demeanour Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service environments

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 13.75 per hour
