Duties
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, to ensure smooth service delivery
Oversee food preparation and serving processes, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Assist with food production when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas
Manage reservations, organise seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience
Support team management by training new staff and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area in accordance with health standards
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow during shifts
