Job Description
We're on the look out for our next Supervisor that's driven and determined to help run one of Chepstow's most loved pubs! With gorgeous views over the River Wye and a food menu to match! We're a fast paced busy pub with a strong food trade. Throughout the summer months, you'll struggle to find anywhere as busy within the area!
Must Be 18+ and able to work a full time job.
What we are looking for:
Previous hospitality / Bar work experience Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to manage a small team while also performing as a team player Confident when speaking with guests
What will you be doing?
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service Maintaining high standards of cleanliness Keeping a great rapport with customers Managing aspects of the business in the absence of the General Manager
What you can expect:
To work along side an existing hard working team A minimum of two days off a week Tips shared between all staff Free meals on shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
