Front of House Supervisor Ideal Profile:
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality Ability to motivate and support a team during busy service periods Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Positive attitude and approachable manner when dealing with guests and colleagues Flexible and adaptable to work across different shifts including evenings and weekends
Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
Leading the front of house team to deliver smooth, efficient service Supporting staff training and development to maintain high standards Assisting with opening and closing procedures Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling queries and resolving issues quickly Monitoring service quality and maintaining cleanliness across the venue Working closely with management to deliver excellent guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
