We are seeking an experienced and dynamic front of house supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our two establishment. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of front of house operations.
Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment by enforcing food safety regulations and best practices.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, bartending practices, and kitchen management.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
