Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This role involves supervising front of house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in bar, food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality best practices. Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Assist in bar work, front of house & evening shifts. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and the wedding team to ensure an excellent service and quality control. Support the management team in achieving operational goals and maintaining budgetary controls.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong bar and front of house experience with knowledge Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
