Front of House Supervisor - FreshMex Glasgow

Pay: 13.25-13.75/hr + tips + bonuses

Full and Part Time Hours available: 15-45h per week

Shifts: 7-9h (mornings/evenings). We consider your preferences, rotate weekends, and can fix days off.

What You'll Do

Take charge of the pass: coordinate orders for sit-in, takeaway, and Deliveroo to keep service running smoothly. Check every order for quality, accuracy, and presentation before it goes out. Support and lead the front-of-house team through busy shifts. Deliver friendly, efficient service and handle customer queries quickly. Help train and motivate team members to keep standards high. Maintain clean, organised service areas and follow all food safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer-facing role. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but motivated team players are welcome to apply. Organised, calm under pressure, and able to keep service flowing during busy periods. A hands-on, positive leader who wants to deliver great customer experiences.
