We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary, supporting the culinary team during busy periods.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimise efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the venue.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Support staff training programmes focused on hospitality best practices, food safety, and service excellence.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service timings effectively.
Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies and assist with inventory management.
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience in serving, hospitality operations, or hotel environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Good communication skills with a professional approach to customer service.
Previous experience in restaurant or culinary environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
