Nemo's Bar and Restaurant is a destination pub /restaurant located at the famous Stoney Cove lake venue in Leicestershire. The restaurant has 40 covers + additional seating in the bar and outside areas. Our service includes breakfast, takeout, bar and restaurant menus.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of ourbar & restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient front-of-house operations.

Duties

- Supervising front-of-house staff to deliver high-quality service

- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring food safety standards are met

- Managing reservations and seating arrangements

- Overseeing bar operations and bartending activities

- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Training and developing team members to uphold service standards

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills

- Previous experience in a front-of-house or restaurant management role

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of food safety regulations

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices
