We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent customer service, and a solid background in food service and hospitality. Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests. Assist with food preparation and cooking when necessary, maintaining quality standards. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table turnover. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across the establishment. Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality, fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front of house and culinary teams. Monitor stock levels of supplies related to front of house operations and place orders as needed.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Extensive restaurant experience, including food preparation, serving, and food safety protocols. Knowledge of culinary practices, food production, and kitchen operations is desirable. Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous. Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour. A genuine passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week
