Fresh Fuel Bar is one of Manchester's most talked-about food brands. We serve restaurant-quality meals in a box -- everything fresh to order, full of flavour, delivered with pace, consistency, and energy.
With our new Ancoats store only opening 2 months ago, we are looking for a confident, reliable, high-performing Front of House Supervisor to assist the GM in leading the day-to-day operations and drive the brand forward.
This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to run a tight, efficient, high-standard operation.
Responsibilities
Supervise front of house team, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently. Oversee daily operations of the business such as team management and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the front of house area to ensure compliant to health and safety standards. A big part of the role will be helping our brand grow on social media platforms so it is important this person can be active in creating and featuring in content
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction and a high degree of confidence. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Confidence and ability to use social media with some marketing knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
