Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing the front of house operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a background in food service. You will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff accordingly. Manage team dynamics, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of hospitality at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Maintain inventory levels for front of house supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong background in beverages, coffees, cocktails, wine, customer service is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience in team management with the ability to lead by example. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Experience as a barista or within hotel settings would be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations. A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
