We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Duties
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Supervise and train staff in serving practices.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulations.
Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Previous experience in front of house is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
