Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Front of house Supervisor to join our already well established front of house team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our current front of house restaurant manager, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism within the business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Anyone applying must have at least two years experience working in a restaurant, desirable to be a supervisor, but not essential.
Key Roles:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area in a busy restaurant
- Monitoring stock levels
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Efficient IT skills to manage all areas of admin E.G. Booking system, Deposits & Pre orders
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas of the business
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer experience
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
