Role Overview:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll lead the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring top-quality service across our restaurant and bar area. You will coach team members, manage shifts, and uphold our high standards--all while fostering a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the FOH team during busy services (greeting, seating, order-taking, bar support) Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and stock control at all times Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with care Train, develop, and support new and existing staff Assist with rota planning, inventory management, and ordering for FOH Uphold food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Manage the atmosphere and music

What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory or senior FOH experience in hospitality Strong leadership and excellent communication skills Confident behind the bar and comfortable during busy periods A proactive, guest-focused approach with a "people-person" mindset Ability to work weekends and school holidays (peak season shifts) A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow with the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
