Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at The Oak Wheel Pub. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of our pub. You will play a key role in managing the front-of-house operations, contributing to our mission of providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service. Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and operational procedures. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the pub. Assist in food preparation and ensure quality control in food production. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service of meals. Manage inventory levels for bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff effectively. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with bartending is a plus but not required.

Pay: 12.49-12.64 per hour
