Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food production, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high standard of service. This role requires the ability to manage staff effectively while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. We are happy to welcome applications from any background. This role involves working alternate weekends within a 28 - 35 hour week.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Supervise and train staff in food production techniques, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available for service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience.
