Stanton Lakes is an independent family run business, located on the outskirts of the village of Stoney Stanton in South Leicestershire; it's a beautiful lakeside venue with fantastic views, which is a great draw for our clientele.

Due to our rural location, your own transport is essential.

We are currently looking for a full-time experienced front of house supervisor to co-ordinate and manage the day to day running of the restaurant & bar. We're looking for someone who is passionate about working in hospitality and interacting with people; a motivated and trustworthy individual who will continue to drive the business forward in a creative & productive working environment; a well presented individual with the following traits to lead from the front:-

reliable, punctual, energetic and driven;

focussed & unflappable under pressure;

well organised and forward thinking with a "can do " attitude;

excellent communications skills with both colleagues & guests.

Qualities & Qualifications:

Proven experience of front of house supervision & bar tending experience (min 2 years)

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service

Computer Literate & experienced with an EPOS till system

Experience with an online diary system (ResDiary)

Good Awareness of food hygiene and health & safety protocols.

Your duties will include:

overseeing daily front of house operations supervising & training staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration & excellence implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and improve the overall guest experience co-ordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and conform to food safety standards manage guest interactions, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing team performance to meet service goals maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house, outdoor restaurant & bar area, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. any other duties reasonably required
We will require full availability - lunch / evenings / weekends
