Front of House Supervisor (18+)

Location: Tiverton Golf Club

Hours: Full Time - Includes evenings & weekends

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

As we continue to grow the social side of the club, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our established Front of House team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality to help drive consistency and bring fresh ideas to further develop our Food & Beverage offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Front of House team, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times Confidently supervise staff, providing clear direction and support Monitor staff presentation and uniform standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Coordinate with visitors and event organisers on the day, acting as host for individuals and groups Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service Oversee staff training, induction of new employees and, alongside the Hospitality Manager, manage staff appraisals and performance. Ensure Health & Safety regulations are maintained and adhered to Monitor stock levels and place orders as required (bar supplies, cleaning products, coffee, milk, etc.) Work closely alongside the Bar Supervisor Carry out line cleaning when required (training provided if needed) Lead and oversee events including private functions, wakes, and social gatherings

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
