We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front of house operations, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded, and providing leadership and guidance to staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the front of house staff.
Ensure that all guests receive a high level of customer service.
Train and motivate front of house staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
Monitor and manage the front of house staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a professional manner.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front of house staff.
Ensure that all front of house staff adhere to health and safety regulations.

Pay: 7.55-12.50 per hour
