Front of House Supervisor - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
If you've got experience of working in a busy bar or restaurant in a supervisory role, we want to hear from you!
Managing four rooms, across two floors, takes skill! We're looking for an assertive and positive person who can see the bigger picture but is also passionate about delivering excellent customer service every time.
You'll be a key-holder and responsible for running shifts so it's important you are confident and reliable. We'll provide product training but we'll expect you to deliver first class customer service from day one and for you to support and develop the wider team's confidence in this area.
You will be a naturally enthusiastic, outgoing 'people person' and possess the confidence to be able to train and inspire others.
It's a busy environment to work in and we're blessed with having discerning, friendly customers. If you love the buzz of working busy weekend shifts in a lively cafe-bar then this opportunity will be right up your street.
We are inviting applications from hospitality professionals who want to progress their careers. The successful candidate will be given professional development opportunities after their first year of service, such as WSET wine/spirits training.
