We specialise in delivering a quality service, and creating a fun place to eat, drink and socialise. You will need to be a good communicator, show excellent leadership skills, be friendly and able to smile even after a busy shift!

Responsibilities will include leadership and support of the team. You will be tasked with delivering and upholding the excellent level of customer service that we have become known for.

You will have further responsibilities for staff rotas, stock ordering, training, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the restaurant. There are also opportunities to directly involve yourself in business development, marketing strategies and social media platforms.

Essential:

Minimum 1 years hospitality experience in fast paced bar/restaurant setting

Minimum 1 years in Supervisory/Managerial role

Desirable:

Excel trained

Experience in a casual dining/street food restaurant

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all guests.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient and timely food production.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Skills:
- Strong background in the restaurant industry, including experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and supervising staff.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Culinary expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality meals to customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
