Position Overview:

We are seeking a couple of dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisors to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pub, overseeing the service team, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

The role could be part time to suit the right person, maybe returning to work or looking for extra hours so long as they can include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Supervise and coordinate staff during service hours, providing guidance and support.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist with staff training and development to maintain high service standards.

Oversee stock levels and participate in inventory management.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.

Uphold health and safety standards, including hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.
