We are looking for a

Front of House Supervisor

to join our team and help us provide outstanding service to our visitors.

About the Role



As Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will support the Venue Manager in maintaining a welcoming environment and delivering high-quality service across all customer touchpoints.

The venue will provide catering for the public, private functions, corporate and public events.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily hospitality operations, including stock ordering and quality control. Deliver excellent customer service across all areas of the venue and catering in the park. Supervise front-of-house staff and assist with training and development. Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Risk Management procedures. Support building security and respond to alarm callouts as part of a rota. Liaise with the Venue Manager and Head Chef on staff rotas and event coordination. Provide Duty Management support as required.

What We're Looking For



Experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and ability to manage diverse requirements. Experience supervising staff and managing stock within procurement guidelines. Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and email systems. Knowledge of accessibility and equality requirements. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings. Experience of working in a catering and events environment
