The Harbourmaster Hotel in Aberaeron is seeking a friendly, adaptable, and professional Front of House team member to join our team. This is a full-time role working across both Reception and Food & Beverage, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop skills in multiple areas of hospitality.
We are a well-established 12-bedroom boutique hotel with a vibrant restaurant and bar, known for quality service and warm, welcoming hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering a high standard of customer service to all guests
Working on Reception: handling check-ins/outs, bookings, and guest enquiries
Serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar areas
Supporting day-to-day operations across both departments
Ensuring all guest areas are clean, organised, and welcoming
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Confidence to work flexibly across departments and multitask
Willingness to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Previous experience in hospitality or reception is welcome but not essential - full training will be provided
Welsh speaking is desirable
