Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team at Rustico in Battle. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to our mission of providing memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their orders and inquiries Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area Process transactions accurately using POS systems Provide information about menu items and daily specials Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Handle cash and maintain accurate cash registers Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or food service roles Strong knowledge of food safety practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros preferred) Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
