Salary: From 15 per hour inclusive of bonus scheme + tips + commission pay with additional benefits based on performance.

Schedule: 8- 10 hour shifts, must be available weekends and ability to commute/ relocate.

Expected start date: ASAP

Waitress experience: 2 years experience (required)

Job summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated front of house member to join our vibrant team. As a front of house, you will be responsible for greeting customers, serving high quality food and beverages whilst providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your role will involve not only serving food and drinks but engaging with customers to enhance their experience in our cafe. We are seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, someone with experience working in a busy fast pace cafe and someone who can bring personality and life to an already incredible team.

Responsibilities:

Serving customers at their tables, taking orders and serving them.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including workstations, tables and equipment.

Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Handle cash transactions and ensure proper management of the till and using our walking tills.

Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Uphold the brand's standards for quality and presentation in every beverage and food item served.

Collaborate with other FOH members to ensure a smooth and efficient running of every shift

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a waitress in a fast pace environment or similar role.

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in individual tasks.

A genuine passion for coffee, good food and customer service is essential.
