Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, managing orders, and ensuring the dining area is welcoming and well-maintained.

Candidates ideally have previous experience in the hospitality/ cafe industry. Candidates must be

flexible

with their working hours.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Assist with upselling additional items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders. Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times. Manage cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills for processing payments. Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong culinary knowledge or interest in food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanour and willingness to help others. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
