Front of House Team Members

to join our growing team at

The Fleece at Ruleholme

. In these roles, you'll be the face of our hotel, helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive.

We have multiple positions available, with shifts scheduled between

0700 and 2200

. These roles are perfect for individuals seeking consistent morning, daytime, or evening hours.

Your Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Take accurate food and drink orders while offering thoughtful menu suggestions. Serve meals and beverages promptly and with care, ensuring top-quality presentation. Keep the front-of-house area clean, organised, and inviting. Address guest queries or concerns promptly and positively. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service, especially during busy hours.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a naturally friendly manner. Ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. A genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Availability to work
