Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with house keeping tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for transactions. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts. Address guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with hotel room house keeping when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
