We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous but not essential. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
