Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include taking orders for food and drinks, liasing with the kitchen and serving our guests, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions where possible. Support team members as needed to ensure a cohesive working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. The ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour
