We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House team member to join our busy, fast-paced environment. You'll take orders and serve customers directly from our fridge displays - no baking or food prep needed.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday: PM shifts Saturday: PM shift Sunday: Full day shift
Flexibility is essential to cover afternoon and/or weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude Take orders and handle transactions accurately Pack cakes from fridge displays and hand them to customers Maintain a tidy and presentable service area
Requirements:
Previous
customer service experience required
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Flexible availability, especially weekends Able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
