As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. You will play a vital role in the overall dining experience by assisting with food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting kitchen operations. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with food preparation tasks, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience through upselling. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food items. Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
