You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food safety standards. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry is essential.
